    • hi heather, altruistic intimacy implies being in relation without the emotional need for anything in return… to be intimate in this way, we give it from the pure place of no expectation of reward. the nourishment is in giving freely of itself. i touch on this concept in the post titled eros heals, perhaps I will write more on it at a later time, thanks for your comment and question, cm

    Too many people forget to take care of themselves and are at the same time chasing different ways to find heal their bodys and souls. If more people tried to take some time and just sit down and breathe for a while maybe more of them would feel lessed stressed out.
